Welcome to Lumera. By accessing or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Lumera, you agree to comply with these strictly legally binding terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Google Login). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload to Lumera ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Lumera a non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the styling and virtual try-on services. We do not claim ownership of your images.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose.
- Upload content that is offensive, explicit, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the application.
- Harass or harm other users.
5. Intellectual Property
The Lumera branding, logo, and underlying technology are the property of Lumera. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI suggestions or virtual try-on results will be 100% accurate or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
